I have titled these three paintings Venous System I, II, and III. The venous system refers to the network of veins that carries deoxygenated blood back to your heart.

The paintings I make are palimpsests. Surfaces are scraped and repainted countless times; rested images, transient events, realized through their embedded history of erasure and cognizance.
